Receive and approach customers, identify their needs, conduct demonstrations recommend products
Employ energetic sales techniques, work to close the sale
Up sell or present product packages
Achieves sales targets
Ensure a high level of customer service handling resolving customer issues
Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and potential customers as well enhancing customer loyalty
Demonstrate thorough product knowledge
Listen to the marketplace and customers requirements

Administrative Duties

Maintain cleanliness and order of the store
Conduct open close of business including inventory management
Process customer payments (cash handling, POS ERP system)
Complete daily envelop including sales totals, stock requirements, cash, receipts settlement reports
