Leena AI is looking for a Subject Matter Expert who can feed our AI with relevant content that is being used to respond to users, this role requires you to understand the old/current queries used by users & create similar queries & feed into machines.


Responsibilities:

  • Build a training data for our machine learning engine to understand user queries.
  • Once the system is live, need to debug the negative cases and correct it in the training data built.
  • Manage End to End lifecycle of the data in the system till it achieves more than 90% accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in handling customer queries / worked in chat support
  • Experience in customer servicing, customer satisfaction and managing team
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
