Position : Supply Chain Executive

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Location : Camp, Pune.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordination with Suppliers about product quality, price & service, preparing purchase order
  • Planning delivery, co coordinating with warehouse person, negotiation & coordination with transporters.
  • Import Shipment monitoring, tracking and updating to Origin.
  • Monitor periodic MIS reports (Shipment or Order progress status /Sales /Purchase /etc.) and update to Origin and other stakeholders
  • Ensure timely completion of the task & follow up for Order Acknowledgment and Delivery Date.
  • Documentation Knowledge of PO, PI, Invoicing, Packing List, Country of origin, Custom Clearance, CHA Co-ordination.

 Required Qualification:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience managing purchase, supply chain, logistics teams in

a manufacturer or distribution company.

Job includes

 Computing Skills:

Word, Excel, PPT, Internet browsing for Research, Emails.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
