What will you be doing here?

  • Use both conventional and creative channels of finding the best talent in the market.
  • Provide successful closure to the hiring request with a zeal to delight the stakeholders in terms of timelines and quality.
  • Act as a gatekeeper of the hiring process by continuously reviewing the process with the Hiring Manager and panel.
  • Find and create brand ambassadors for the Organization while also acting like one.
  • Build a strong presence amongst Campuses of various courses for a steady inflow of fresh talent.
  • If you have done well in any target-driven role and would like to try your hand in Talent Acquisition, you are more than welcome.

Who are we looking for?

  • Fresher - 1 Yr. of experience in the field of recruitment.
  • First and foremost, the hunger to exceed in all endeavors entrusted to him/her.
  • A keen sense of talent persona, to get the best-fit candidates, not just matching the JD, but also the culture of the hiring teams.
  • Years of experience donʼt matter, but the right blend of high energy with an understanding of the talent market is needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
