Position: Taxation Manager

Location: Gandhidham-Kutch

Education: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience

Salary: 40 to 50 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Understanding legal issues involved.
•Keeping confidential records and tax information for clients.
•Understanding finance and accounting principles.
•Communicating and negotiating with central, state and local government.
•Evaluating and assessing complicated tax issues.
•Researching and analyzing central and state laws.
•Arguing cases before courts and tribunals.
•Negotiating settlements
•Create relevant reports, papers, payments, and tax returns.
•Ensure that you are in compliance with regulations by providing necessary information to national, regional, and local officials.
•Verify that all tax rules, regulations, and practices are followed.
•To aid the Company in the establishment of all new businesses, including the registration of fresh companies and the signing of agreements and contracts.
•Recommend tax-efficient business structures for existing and new businesses.
•Examine tax regulations and propose solutions to reduce the tax burden.
•Maintain an eye on industry trends and taxation policies.
