  • Leads the architecture, design and support of Collaboration Services (currently O365).
  • Leads mail migrations from heterogeneous Groupware solutions (i.e. Exchange, Lotus Notes)
  • Implements policies and governance for O365 in an enterprise setting.
  • Defines policies for the delegated administration of O365.
  • Establishes and enforces standards and processes for the administration of O365.
  • Manages a team which provides project related support for O365, legacy collaboration systems and messaging.
  • Leads a team providing tier 3 support for ongoing operations of Collaboration Services.
  • Sets team direction and goals, coaches and counsels staff to accomplish goals and has performance management responsibility for team.
  • Provides project management and technical consulting on collaboration projects (e.g. integrations).
  • Manages license compliance and budgets related to Collaboration products and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.
