Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • Ensure inspections for critical measurement during machining fo rotors, casings and other components machines in house
  • Ensure inspection witness of critical measurement during assembly of turbine
  • Ensure rework/ correction of non conformities during assembly of turbines
  • Close coordination with factory quality for feedback and lesson learnt to be implemented at supplier end
  • Ensure protocols being filled , signed and maintained at all levels during Steam turbine manufacturing
  • Log non- conformance where deviations are identified and ensure proper closure of non-conformance within manufacturing closure
  • Prepere and submit final quality dossier for turbine to OM/PM
  • Ensure quality and quantity of loose supply components
  • Analysis of site issues reported implement corrective actions
  • Implement an early warning system using data analytics to drive continual improvement
  • Driving lean initiative for in process quality to ensure quality and productivity
  • Driving digitisation initiatives for in process quality
  • Close coordination with site team for trouble shooting and visit site if required
  • Maintain a healthy working enviornment while working with shop team
