Team Lead US Voice Process

We are hiring Team Leaders with 1-2 years of experience in US calling or any international calling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and focus to the project teams.
  • Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects.
  • Preparing project reviews and project reports.
  • Lead teams to efficiently deliver client expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day activities with the team.
  • Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets
  • Work with Team to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
  • Conduct regular conference calls with Clients and identify way & means to improve client satisfaction.
  • Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan for retraining sessions. Will be responsible for successful implementation of retraining sessions.
  • Excellent English Communications Skills
  • Work on Night shift
