Post : TL(Team Leader)/STL(Senior Team Leader)

Salary Range: 2.5 to 3 Lakh per annum +Monthly Incentives + Rewards (As per experience & Skills)

Experience req Min 2 Years to 5 Years

Qualification: Graduate From any Stream

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Acquiring & Opening New Demat/Trading Account of Clients.
  • Customer Handling and providing Beneficial Advice & Support to customers.
  • Technical Support.
  • Handling Team of TCSAs , CSAs &Sr. CSAs
  • Driving Revenue contribution
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members
  • Set performance goals and objectives for team members and ensure they are met
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the team in achieving sales targets
  • Help team members stay updated on market developments and investment strategies.
  • Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
