Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in the areas of urban infrastructure planning (water supply, sewerage, roads, solid waste management, transport etc.), urban policies and reforms. Should have good understanding of cross-cutting issues and emerging challenges and urban planning paradigms. Should have prior experience of working as Team Leader in large infrastructure projects. Prior experience of working in smart city would be an advantage.
Scope of work:
Overall leadership of the Project and the Project Team
Overall responsibility of project planning, scheduling, design, execution and delivery
Overall project management, team management and day-to-day liaisoning
Technical leadership on project development and implementation
Policy level support and strategic handholding support to Client
Specialist input on urban infrastructure planning (water, sewerage, solid waste management, housing, urban mobility), municipal reforms, social development, livelihood, and economic development.
Ensuring that all the sub-projects are designed and executed as per the bid requirements and specifications.
Responsible for mobilization/ demobilization and scheduling of the of the consultants team.
Monitoring of project progress and quality of delivery
Overall responsibility of submission of deliverables to the Client
Submission of monthly, quarterly and completion report and other reports as per the requirement of the Term of Reference.
Any other technical and administrative responsibility assigned by Project Director / Project Leader / Project Manager / IPE Management Team.
