Position: Team Leader ( International BPO experience must)

Shifts : UK /US

Location : Navi Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.
  • Candidate should be well versed with Attrition and Shrinkage
  • Team Player with Data Management knowledge
  • Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency.
  • Looking for a candidate from an international BPO background only. • Inbound Voice process experience will be value Add.
  • Must be well Versed with terms attrition, shrinkage, Occupancy, People Management.
  • Must be well versed in AHT, Lead Management, Sales Management and Data Management.
  • Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills. • Must be analytical and detail oriented.
  • Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.
