Job content

  • Overall responsible for all technical system of all sites.
  • Coordination with Technical Managers of all sites .
  • PPM, Renewal of NOC’s, Compliances, Lisioning.
  • Ensure operation and maintenance of all equipment & systems in accordance with OEM / promulgated guidelines. Keep a regular check on running hours of the equipment.
  • Ensure that all equipment and systems are kept in fully operational state all the times. Defect / deficiencies are to be reported & resolved with action plan.
  • Plan maintenance activities as per Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
  • Maintain master defect and equipment history record.
  • Regularly check that log sheets, check lists and registers are maintained properly for monitoring equipment’s efficiency.
  • Optimally utilize supervisory and technical staff available at all sites.
  • Maintain good order, discipline and high morale among the personnel employed at site.
  • Ensure that the standard operating procedures (SOPs) are understood by all and are strictly followed.
  • Ensure that the equipment / systems are worked upon by the authorized vendors only.
  • All AMCs are executed as per the agreed scope of work and maximum value is derived from them.
  • Plan requirement of spares and technical consumables, ensure timely procurement, proper accounting, monitor consumption and quarterly muster.
  • Liaise with Govt. authorities for statutory compliances / NOCs.
  • Ensure safety of men and material at site.
  • Inspection of Energy Meters periodically to ensure their proper functioning and for showing correct readings.
  • Ensure that the access to all electrical equipment and pump room area is limited to authorize persons only.
  • Maintain and keep readily available the copy of Operation & Maintenance manual of manufacturer & as built drawings for all equipment.
  • Check equipment Log book maintained at all sites.
  • Ensure that loading on DGs is optimal by selecting the correct combination of DGs and adjusting the load.
