Hiring Organisation:A leading banking group from Africa is hiring Tech Program Director at its office in Kolkata.

Role Description

This is a one year contract and on-site role for a Technical Program Director. The Technical Program Director will lead and deliver complex IT programs and projects within the organization, oversee project management activities, manage product development, formulate and execute strategic IT plans, and ensure that software development projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Technical Program Director will also facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification like PMP is must.
  • Hands-on Software Development skills
  • Excellent knowledge of IT Strategy and Product Development
  • Experience in leading and delivering complex IT programs and projects
  • Proven ability to drive business objectives through technology solutions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
