What you’ll do
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES as a TPM -Strong program management fundamentals (planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management) -3+ years of technical program management experience -Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex programs -Define, monitor and improve critical to success metrics for the success of these programs -Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. -Scope, Plan and manage execution of multiple parallel projects spanning cross functional teams across Geos -Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels -Experience in managing projects with Agile Methods through multiple teams (Scrum, Kanban) -Strong practical and good theoretical understanding of managing the life-cycle of large-scale programs and projects -Strong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication -Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. -Interact with project Sponsors, project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex programs -Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies -Good working knowledge of cloud technologies -Working knowledge of IT Infra technologies, terminologies and processes -Good to Have - Experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields -Knowledge of Google cloud & Azure technologies -Understanding of Networking concepts, Devops technologies and SRE processes
What we’re looking for
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -10+ years of experience in Software Industry. -5-7 years of total work experience in the role of a scrum master, agile program management -Experience of working in AI and SaaS based industries -Understanding of cloud infra, CI-CD concepts -Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational and technical skills -Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment -Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements -Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage and lead large-scale, complex engagements -Ability to convey technical information and business impact to non-technical stakeholder -Ability to interact with and to develop relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to individual contributors Preferred Qualifications: -Project Management Certifications -Agile Certifications
