Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter with Experis IT/ ManpowerGroup located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting technical candidates for a variety of roles. They will work closely with delivery leads to identify end to end staffing needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Experience with job posting, sourcing, and candidate management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume recruitment needs with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Should know End to End Recruitment.
  • C2H hiring experience is desirable.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Location: Kolkata , Saltlake
Days : Monday - Friday
