Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is the cornerstone of our services engagements. He is expected to be a trusted advisor and a technology guide to our customers, and help in deployment, design and planning of complex technology deployments that are well aligned to customer business needs. The TSE is a vital cog in our customer relationship, and must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as leverage Quadra’s internal teams to deliver high quality services to our customers.

This role is ideal for candidates who can commit to intense learning and field activity, and enjoy travelling, and troubleshooting complex problems.

Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to our offices in Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore.

Education and Experience

  • 2-3 years of work experience in similar positions / freshers can apply for entry level positions.
  • Knowledge on cloud technology, different patterns, deployment methods, compatibility of the applications

Experience in the following:

  • VPC, VPC Peering, Route 53, EC2, Auto Scaling, ElasticBeanStalk, S3, Load Balancers, NatGateway, IAM, Directory Services, Certificate Manager, RDS, Cloud Watch, Cloud Formation
  • AWS monthly calculator and pricing options (On-Demand, Reserved & Spot instances)
  • AWS VPC Configurations and Site-to-Site VPN configurations
  • Amazon Glacier
  • Attaching/Detaching EBS volume to the AWS EC2 instance and mitigate failure by using the snapshot
  • Create and manage RDS instances.
  • Create/Manage the AMI/Snapshots/Volumes.
  • Setup and configure EIP to EC2 instances.
  • Setup and managed the security groups.
  • Hands on experience on VPC Subnet and Route Tables, ACL.
  • Configure and Manage IAM.
  • Manage Cross accounts by using the Roles in IAM.
  • Utilize Cloud Watch to monitor resources such as EC2, CPU, Memory, Amazon DB Services, EBS Volume to set alarms for notification or automated actions and to monitor logs
