Provides initial contact point between Datavision and its customer base through telephone, email and tools such as MS Teams. Needs to listen and respond to customer questions, issues and demonstrate knowledge of multiple Datavision product. Bring your skills and talent and come join our team. As our A Player, you will need to be a detail oriented, positive thinker with a customer friendly demeanor and creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills are needed whether over the phone or email, as well as your agility and ability to multi-task because we usually have multiple projects going on simultaneously. Our clients are some of the best hotels and resorts around the world and we believe in delivering top-notch service to them.

Playing well with others including colleagues and customers is vital, as well as working independently. As a member of our support group, you will be working closely with members of our technical team and with customers directly to ensure that we deliver successful Business Intelligence solutions to Hotels and Resorts around the world. You will need advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel. We also use Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and other tools to create reports and dashboards. Any experience in SSRS is a plus.

Your workday will be split between report design and providing post-install support to customers. It is important that you enjoy working with customers and colleagues extensively and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Our ideal candidate:

- Hospitality Industry experience (hotels, restaurants, cruise, clubs etc)

- Analytical and logical thinker

- 2+ Years of Experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in US shift (India night Shift)

- Ability to multitask and still perform at a high level

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.

- Must be flexible and able to take on a wide range of tasks as they come with a positive can-do attitude.

- Attention to detail is a must

- Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

- Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals

- Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

- Ability to develop and maintain documentation including policies, procedures, incident reports and knowledge base articles.

-Ability to work weekends

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
