Dear Applicants,

We are hiring in technical support operations division (not customer support) for a leading logistics service provider client in Bangalore.

Education- A bachelor’s degree in an technical or business field, or comparable business experience with technical background

Experience- Minimum 1year in troubleshooting technical issues.

**Mandatory experience in solving issues in online retail domain.**

PS- This is not a customer support role.

Technical Skills-SQL, MS EXCEL, knowledge of Data Warehousing

Job Responsibilities include-

1. 24/7 Oncall Ticket Management

2. BAU Operations

3. Event Management

4. Prepare accurate and timely reports

5. User Acceptance Testing

CTC- upto 3LPA

Days- 5 (Sat,Sun off)

Shift- General

Expected Start Date: 3/1/2022

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
