Customer Care Center Team Supervisor

As a People Manager be able to Lead the team, Drive SLA, take Customer Centric Approach, be collaborative in stake holder management and a process and people Initiative champ .

What a Customer Care Center Team Supervisor does at HP:

  • Supervises a complex team of highly skilled technical resources that includes support Priority customers, Multi Language support through Real Time Translation, support partners through Customer Engineer Assist and E-Solutions.
  • The primary role will be to manage day to day operations activity, manage country stakeholders, manage escalation and deliver on Operational results consistently.
  • Create a highly engaging and motivated team to deliver best in class support to our customers and creating a culture of customer obsession.
  • Drive innovation and automation efforts to bring efficiency and reduce efforts for our Customers, Partners and engineers.
  • Collaborate effectively with different teams, adopt best practices and adopt quickly to changing environments.
  • Need to have growth mindset and less hand holding in running day to day operations.
  • Good to have Six sigma or Project Management certification

Education and Experience Required:

Must be a graduate and should have at least 9-12 years of related experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have prior experience in handling large teams of more than 50 members
  • Demonstrate business, technical or functional knowledge
  • Should have good project management, analysis, communication and presentation skills
  • The person needs to be open to working in EMEA time shift
