A technical trainer with BE or BCA is a professional who implement and delivers technical training sessions for the students. Must assess the training requirements and skill shortages and conduct training sessions, webinars, lectures, and workshops to educate students on new skills and knowledge.

Here are some job responsibilities for a technical trainer.

  • Creates technical training programs according to requirements.
  • Atechnical trainer with front-end and back-end knowledge should have knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development and languages such as Java, Python, and Ruby for back-end development.
  • Provides training schedules and agendas.
  • Determines course content and objectives.
  • Evaluates technical employees and identifies areas needing improvement.
  • Good communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
  • Degree in a relevant technical field is a must
