Overview

As a Tele Calling Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone. You will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner, promoting our products or services, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Promote products or services to generate sales leads
  • Understand customer needs and handle inquiries or complaints
  • Update customer information and call logs in the database
  • Meet call quotas and sales targets
  • Follow communication scripts and company policies
  • Resolve customer objections and provide accurate information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals
  • Manage and update customer databases
  • Provide feedback and input on call processes and strategies
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards
  • Maintain professionalism and positive attitude
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center equipment
