Responsibilities:

· Contact potential or existing customers to discuss about our product.

· Answer the queries about the products of the company

· Understand customer requirements to close the Sales.

· Update and maintain the customer database to note the useful information

· Take and process orders as per existing SOP.

· Handle grievances to preserve the brand value.

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Desired Candidate Profile:

ü Good communication Skill in Bengali, Hindi, English.

ü Good Written communication

ü Deadline-oriented

ü Cold calling

ü Having basic knowledge in MS- Word, Excel , Power Point

ü Female candidate preferred
