1. It will be outbound calling profile.
2. They will have to call candidates to pitch for loan. Just like bank people do.

Just take their screening and let me know if they are interested and share their resume will forward it ahead for second screening. Also brief the candidate about the same.

Stipend will be upto 7k + incentive for frehers and experienced can get hike on their current/last salary.
