Salary: INR 12,000 - 18,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
● Establish rapport with customers and identify their needs
● Explain product/service features and benefits to customers
● Close sales deals and meet sales targets
● Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities
● Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
● Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve sales performance
● Attend sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
● Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
● High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
