  • Project Role :Test Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities :1 Actively maintains knowledge in one or more identifiable specialisms 2 Provides detailed and specific advice regarding the application of their specialisms to the organizations planning and operations 3 Looking for a results-driven Software Tester to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability 4 The Software Tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team 5 Resource need to interact with clients to understand the requirement

    • Technical Experience :      1 At least 5years of experience in Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios/test scripts 2 ensure their availability for test activities, 3 define test cases 4 define acceptance criteria 5 status reporting, jointly with IT test Manager

    • Professional Attributes :      1 Problem solving skills and hands on attitude 2 Eager to never stop learning 3 Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in English

    • Educational Qualification :      minimum 15 years of full time education university degree with focus on Computer Science
