Role/Job Title: Testing Lead - HR Tech

Business: Information Technology

Function/Department: Technology

Place of Work: Bangalore

Job Purpose:
’- Provides support for the governance, planning and IT risk management activities for the Quality Assurance & Control

  • Ensures policies and controls put in place are effectively implemented
  • Guides the user groups on policies and procedures
Roles & Responsibilities:
’- Manages internal staff and external vendors for testing/quality assurance of business solutions/new system capabilities for HR projects

  • Reviews the test plans, test scenarios, required timelines and definition of done
  • Establish the structure, operating model and SOP’s
  • Develop, manage, measure and report on key test-level metrics
  • Monitors project deliverables are meeting entry and exit criteria across the testing lifecycle
  • Creates testing metrics reports & distributes to the target audience (Eg. technical debt, code/test coverage, defect statistics, automation coverage)
  • Ensure robust test environments and valid test data
  • Drives through the entire testing SDLC including integration, UAT, preformance, stress, penetration, etc
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with integration testing
Secondary Responsibilities:
’Trend analyses and action plans for improving test execution timeliness and reducing costs

Mangerial & Leadership Responsibilites:
’Manage the team to build a collaborative culture and provide support to the HR team in line with ethos of ‘Always You First’.

Key Success Metrics:
’- Test performance dashboards with metrics: technical debt, code/test coverage, defect statistics, automation coverage

  • Governance structure / cadence / Interaction model
  • Repository of test templates & standard testing processes
