Responsibilities

1. Provide effective training and guidance to the placement team members for
counseling and support to learners.

2. Coordinate and supervise the team’s day-to-day activities to ensure smooth execution
of the placement process.

3.Develop strategies and implement automation tools and techniques to streamline lead
generation activities for recruiters. Explore new avenues and technologies for lead
generation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Maintain a comprehensive database of recruiters and alumni for effective
engagement and relationship management. And ensure regular updates and
accuracy of the database to facilitate efficient communication and follow-up activities.

5. Create proposals and execute agreements with companies interested in hiring
Designerrs’ learners and coordinate communication with recruiters.

6. Assist Designerrs’ alumni in interview preparation and encourage their participation
in future courses and programs.

7. Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to generate leads and
opportunities for recruiters and participate in planning and executing marketing
campaigns and initiatives to attract potential recruiters.

8. Manage relationships with various recruiters and clients to understand their hiring
needs and expectations and provide ongoing support and address any concerns or
issues raised by recruiters and clients promptly.

9. Review and streamline HR placements processes and priorities to enhance efficiency,
effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate
solutions to simplify workflows and reduce redundancies.

10. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to stakeholders, highlighting
key placement metrics and outcomes and communicate progress, challenges, and
strategic initiatives to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

11. Identify and develop new strategic initiatives to foster the growth and expansion of
the placements vertical and conduct market research and analysis to identify trends,
opportunities, and potential partnerships for enhancing placements.

12. Create and coordinate training programs for the placement team to enhance their
skills and knowledge and stay updated with industry trends and best practices to
incorporate into the team’s training curriculum.

13. Organize and facilitate Dtalks sessions for learners, creating opportunities for
knowledge sharing and networking and foster a sense of community among
learners through engagement activities and initiatives.

14. Coordinate with the HR recruitment team to ensure effective hiring activities for the
placements team and collaborate on identifying and attracting top talent to join the
placements team.

Skills

Bachelors/Master in Business Administration in any Specialisation

Min 2-5 years of experience as a Placement Manager

Excellent communication

Very well versed with Microsoft Excel
