Transport Co-ordinator oversee the time Delivery of Goods. Maintain Delivery Schedules and Track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met . Trucks arrangements according to invoice load. Update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal managers. Monitor and report Driver issues such as accidents , safety concern , or Licensing issues. Analyse delivery costs and recommanded More cost-effective methods of transportation. Negotiate Contracts with outside transportation companies , assign driver to Routes ,handle customer complaints , and investigate delivery issues. [ Like Damage , Leakage and Late or lost Deliveries ] Daily scheduling and handling multiple routes ,drivers , and deleveries. LR Submission to client on daily basis. Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements. Booking Sub-Transporters and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms. Daily proof of deliveries ( POD Lr & Invoice ) tracking & ontime submission Fright Billing & payment . Keep up to Date with relevant changes in standards and legisiation ( Like GST , GST-e Way Bill )
