Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Manager in Shimla. The Travel Manager will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating with vendors, providing customer service, sales, and communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in travel management and travel arrangements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local and regional travel destinations and experiences
  • Experience with travel booking systems and software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is preferred
