System and Process - 1) Following Sales process. 2) Regular reporting of work in the Sales Process. 3) Complying with Company and industry norms, rules and regulations. Skills upgrade - 1) Clearing NISM exam with stipulated time. 2) Keeping yourself updated in terms of knowledge, products, etc. 3) Doing a professional course in the relative field (optional)
