Responsibilities

Pre Design study: Generate creative and innovative architectural concepts that align with the project’s goals, budget, and timeline.
Design Development: Collaborate with external consultant and Internal project teams to develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
Design Research: Responsible for researching and obtaining data and design information Strong conceptual design skills in exploring innovative approaches in an interdisciplinary environment
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction process, occasional site visits and addressing any design-related issues.
Budget Management: Work closely with project in Charge to monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying cost-effective solutions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with interior designers, structural engineers, and other professionals to create integrated design solutions.
Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles and practices into projects to enhance environmental performance.

QualificationsQualification

Experience

Total 3 years of experience in Architecture/ Urban design projects
Experience in design for hotel, commercial/retail, Office will be an added advantage.
Ability to prepare design alternatives both at building and urban design scale
Knowledge of building/planning, infra codes for Urban design, planning and building.
Must have exhibited design coordination skills with various design consultants like landscape, traffic, infra and SMEP.
Conversant with Design , tender, construction and post construction stages of a project
Strong presentation and technical skills
Work under own initiative and direction, as part of a large and multiskilled team,
General understanding of Green/sustainability requirements w.r.t master planning and Architecture
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS office , Adobe Suite and Revit would be essential
