Job Overview
Having started our journey as an organic farming company in 2004, we are now one of the largest B2B providers of various Organic Food products in the country. Over the last few years, we have been aggressively increasing our presence in the global market, which has resulted in dozens of brands in over 10 countries using our farmed products. To cater to our growing demands, we are looking for an experienced Assistant/Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

BRAND

· Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels for lead generation for targeted markets and regions (domestic & international).
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Organizing trade shows and major events/exhibitions (domestic & international).
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
  • Strong team coordination & leadership skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the brand’s agenda is carried out.
  • Build a rich source of videos and blogs to provide information to farmers on various aspects of farming.
  • Responsible for SMO, SEO, Email marketing, Web marketing, online marketing
  • handel stall and exebition.

CUSTOMER & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Competition : Undertake competitor research and monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

TEAM SUPPORT

· Packaging Development: Analyse new packaging trends in the market, support sales team and customers with new packaging options.

· Interact closely with the sales team to analyse the challenges faced by the product in the market and form solutions to address these challenges.

· Persistence and patience to work with multiple stakeholders across functions, to get work done.

· Research and Development: Researching demand for our products and services. Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

·Identifying new customers by supporting sales and lead generation efforts (domestic & international).

· Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy. Exposure to digital and direct response marketing,Search engine optimization.
  • MBA or Masters in Marketing will be preferred.
  • 1+ years of exp required in all marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spread sheets.
  • Self-starter with a strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality.
  • Leadership and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns in domestic as well as international markets.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Successfully participated in several trade shows and exhibitions and understands the nuances of exhibiting in India as well as abroad.
  • Socially driven and knows what organic food and farming is.
