Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for relationship management & engage with bank team to drive business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branches.
Ensure branch & employee activation to ensure branch growth.
Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads.
Engage with customers to help build a healthy product portfolio that support them in meeting their life goals.
Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, hospitality or arts.

Work Experience:

One to four years experience in Bancassurance, Broking channel within Life Insurance company or direct sales vertical.
