  • Min of 3-12 years of US IT Recruiter experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good number of years of hands on experience in end to end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
  • Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp - Corp)
  • Should be potential to work on W2, C2C and C2H Recruitments.
  • Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked In, Twitter, etc
  • Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
  • Proficient on hiring hourly candidates.
  • Strong experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch and LinkedIn.
  • Experience working on VMS requirements.
  • Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
  • Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
  • Must be able proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Out of the box thinker and high on integrity
