Roles and Responsibilities



Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings

Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent

Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.

Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings

Organize and facilitate interview debriefs.

Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible

Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region or with specified clients

Prioritize and track job orders to fulfill client needs

Increase the number of qualified applicants in database

Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including client, market, and unemployment conditions

Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and expectations What you need to bring:

5+ year of recruiting experience or business development

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred

Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment

Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results Ability to maintain and nurture the relationship with old and new clientele.

Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills

Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; a disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates

Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Numerical Skill and Analytical mind.

Must be willing to work in the night shift (US time zones
