Your Role:

As the Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will have a unique opportunity to take on a global leadership role in building and executing a world-class digital marketing strategy. You will play a crucial role in expanding our global product and services mix by leveraging multichannel marketing techniques, including Google, Kakao, Twitter, Naver, Wechat, Baidu, and other top online platforms. With a diverse client mix that spans multiple languages and a unique geomix across APAC, US, and beyond, you will develop and execute high-performing campaigns to attract and retain customers across these regions.

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead the charge in driving user growth and revenue goals through innovative and impactful digital marketing campaigns. What you will do:

  • Build and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to expand our user base and achieve revenue goals.
  • Drive new user acquisition as well as retention through effective marketing campaigns across digital channels such as SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, video, mobile, affiliate and influencer marketing.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies using advanced geomarketing techniques such as geotargeting, geofencing, and location-based analytics to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as AI and automation, to develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies.
  • Drive global marketing efforts by scaling our operations, defining, and continually improving KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in different time zones, leveraging your marketing expertise to drive business expansion in various regions.
  • Build and lead a world class marketing team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 12+ years’ experience as a marketing leader, demonstrating ability to increase the user base and achieve revenue targets by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across online channels, preferably for B2C businesses.
  • Forward-thinking leader with the ability to inspire a team at the same time be hands on when required.
  • Excellent communication skills; has the ability to present and explain complex information to stakeholders and influence peers as well as other leaders within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to evaluate strategy and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
