What you’ll achieve
As an E-Business Advisor, you will develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increasing marketing effectiveness and improving customer satisfaction. You will manage merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion/consideration, as well as own campaign management, product launch/transition, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.
You will:

• Develops ideal Analytics / Visualization products to address business problems of Dell Technologies stakeholders
• Develops high availability and scalable applications which will be used by both internal & external customers
• Guides the implementation and helps the team understand the technical implications of product decisions
• Generates technical documentation as well as unit & functional tests
• Analyzes business requirements, processes, data, & system integration points to determine & recommend appropriate technology solutions
• Works with product line leadership & other teams within the product line to plan ongoing feature development, product maintenance, & management of development strategy
• Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs
• Resolves customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• Works closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer to clarify requirements to ensure testability

Essential Requirements

• Graduate with 8+ years industry experience OR Postgraduate with 4- 6 years industry experience
• Understanding of one or more programming languages and different phases of applications programming leveraging agile methodology
• Full stack experience with strong knowledge and application in Backend & API development–
  • Kafka, Node.JS, Python, React.JS, Machine Learning Server (Expert in atleast 2 of these)
  • SQL and other popular databases
  • Javascript, HTML, CSS
  • CI/CD deployment in Cloud
• Experience with following frameworks / libraries / technologies
  • Kafka / Real-time streaming applications
  • bootstrap, Material design
  • D3js, other chart libraries
  • Caching technologies
• Experience in a technical environment. familiar with the entire product development cycle and possess current knowledge of technological advancements to implement during the engineering phase

• Proven ability to analyze and work with business requirements, processes, data & system integration
• Competent in problem solving, coding, testing, and troubleshooting applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
