Experienced Female Waitress (Stewardess) required at Cafe Khoblu by MeenaBagh Homes

Location: Sanjauli, Shimla

Cafe Khoblu by MeenaBagh Homes is looking for an experienced Female Waitress (Stewardess) to join our team. Your role will be crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. As a waitress, you will interact with guests, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen and billing counter, and manage other service staff. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering great service.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly.

- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.

- Communicate with the billing counter to ensure efficient payment processing.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.

- Work closely with other service staff for smooth operations.

- Assist in setting up and closing the cafe, including table preparation and cleaning.

- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

- Uphold hygiene and safety standards by following regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a waitress or stewardess in a similar setting.

- Good knowledge of food and beverage service practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Basic computer skills for order processing and billing.

- Familiarity with Shimla’s local attractions and cuisine is a plus.

- Female candidates preferred for cultural sensitivity.
