Roles and Responsibilities

Receipt, storage of Raw and Packaging Materials.
Accountability of Raw & packing materials.
Dispensing of Raw & packing material.
Maintaining online documentation as per cGMP norms.
Monitoring all day to day activities in warehouse.
Appropriate planning of Raw Material dispensing activities as per production schedule Co-ordinate with Production dept.
Accounting of material in SAP and Preparation of GRN, Issue Transaction etc.
Maintaining and Review of the daily online documentation as per cGMP norms.
Stock verification and reconciliation of stock as per periodic schedule.
Handling of manpower & their effective utilization, good housekeeping.
To ensure online updating of inventory in MM module of SAP.
Audit preparation for regulatory and semi-regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of Qualification, Validation of equipment.
Co-ordination with other departments for smooth running of production.
