The JPMorgan Wealth Management Risk Strategy and Execution team provides dedicated support to JPMorgan Wealth Management (JPMWM).

As part of JPMorgan Wealth Management Risk Management Strategy & Reporting Team you will be responsible for supporting the Wealth Management Risk Leadership, and other functional partners to identify, measure, and evaluate the primary risks to the business, including, but not limited to, Investment, Fiduciary, Credit, Operational and Client Risk through the development, maintenance, and evaluation of Wealth Management Risk Reporting.

The role is focused on execution and ownership of measurable results and include the ability to: Review and collate metrics and macroeconomic data to deduce data trends and derive meaningful insights on the Wealth Management clients, products, and services. Analyze current business models / practices and develop innovate solutions. Effectively communicate key messages and simplify complex business situations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with stakeholders and take ownership of end to end execution of projects
  • Maintain reporting and data standards resulting from the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) principles
  • Developing robust data and reporting tools for senior management
  • Identify and automate production routines to improve efficiency
  • Create and maintain user acceptance test/business scenarios for new or modified reports for all CCB lines of businesses
  • Work with Onshore, India Lead, Technology, and Line of Business Report Owners to analyze and resolve defects
  • Perform data reconciliation and analyze impact to the business based on the results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Required at least 8-10 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics.
  • Must demonstrated experience on SQL, Alteryx, Python, Tableau, Excel and Power point
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter, ability to multitask and work effective under pressure and stress
  • Adaptable, quick learner, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Developed problem solving techniques and solutions oriented
  • Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over end to end client onboarding process
