Agile Coach - Surrey/Remote

Agile Coach - Surrey/Remote - Our client, a leading supplier within their field, is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join their existing team to advocate for Agile working. Your primary focus will be on the continued adoption of Lean Kanban principles and practices. Our client offers a blend of remote working with visits to the office 3 to 4 times a month. To be considered for the role, you will need the following skills: -

  • Excellent Lean Kanban Experience
  • Agile Methodology
  • Strong Coaching knowledge
  • Metrics-driven approach including flow, outcomes and alignment
  • Robust value stream design, product flow and systems thinking
