Job Purpose


Drive automation and system enhancement as well as adoption of SCM portals and processes



Key Result Areas/Accountabilities


  • Drive utilization of Ariba CLM, SLPM, Commerce Automation
  • Handle S4 Hana Enhancements and demands from SCM - MM Material management and EWM Extended warehouse management
  • Ensure demand raising, demand discussion related to Ariba and S4 HANA with internal stakeholders as well as System integration partners
  • Responsible for end to end testing, development, training and communication of S4 HANA enhancements to business users and vendors
  • Handle GRC rights management at Pan India level for SCM users
  • Ensure statutory and auditory compliance for all audits except Internal Audit
  • Drive and deliver S4 HANA integration with Scrap portal, CPOS, E-way bill integration
  • Develop and implement operational efficiency frameworks
  • Be the SPOC for various audits like ICFR, RPT compliance, Statutory, VDI, Data Privacy & other audits

  • Knowledge/Understanding of various systems/portals such as Ariba, S4 Hana etc.
  • Understanding of commercial processes

  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Digital Savvy


Must have technical / professional qualifications


  • Graduate in any discipline (technology preferred)
  • Experience in SCM/Commercial function is preferred
