Roles And Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing a strategy for the international markets, with a focus on South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and American Markets. This will be revenue generating role for Export Sales.

You Will Contribute To The Commercial Growth By
  • Developing a commercial plan for the Key Accounts (Export Accounts)
  • Identifying and connecting with the most important players on the International markets.
  • Active prospecting and running targeted sales campaigns.
  • Contacting your network and accordingly developing new opportunities
  • Negotiating about collaboration conditions
  • Put in process for identifying the right logistics process and identify the right logistic partners, FF / CHA etc.
Key Result Area
  • Achieving the agreed sales target from export sales
  • Building key export markets in the focus region
  • Identifying the list of key exporters and building engage for opportunity for business generation.
  • Building the right procedures and process for financial control and identify right logistics partner(s).
Requirement
  • A Masters degree or equivalent by experience
  • Relevant experience in the international Tiles business B2B. At best, practical experience in a similar position
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong perseverance in order to finish different projects and to change direction if required.
  • Sales driven, Result Oriented, Strong Problem Solving Skills.
  • Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
  • Basic knowledge about international trade and taxations
  • Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
