Role Description
This is a full-time assistant manager role at Toined Milk, located in Jammu. The assistant manager will be responsible for assisting the store manager with various tasks, including managing inventory, training and coaching staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The assistant manager will also contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and procedures to enhance sales and profitability.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale software is a plus
