工作内容

Purpose of the position:

1. Scheduling and completing all NPD trials in a timely manner.

2. Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialization of NPDs

3. Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.

4. Responsible for upkeep and smooth functioning of NPD labs.

Essential duties:-

  • Leads recipe development as per marketing brief
  • Ensure material connectivity and flawless execution of industrial trials
  • Maintain R&D documentation like PDR recipes, Stability tests, decay study etc.
  • BOM updates on SAP – Ensure timely availability of RM codes and SFG codes for NPDs
  • Executing BOM budgeting exercise
  • Ownership of NPD labs : Ensure right equipment and man power allocation as per project priorities.

    • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology

    • Candidates with minimum 7-9 years of experience in confectionery, beverages, Snacks or bakery background.

    • A good understanding and experience of a broad range of market research methodologies and an awareness of industry best practice in quantitative and qualitative research.

    • Strong consultative, diagnostic and communication skills, able to lead and influence across all levels and functions with actionable insights.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, at all levels and across disciplines within the business, ability to inspire with actionable insights.

    • An ability to challenge methodologies and influence key people within the organization.

    • Experience of managing quantitative tracking projects and the ability to convert data in actionable management information.

    • Able to cope with high fluctuations in demand, and to work under pressure.

    • Excellent analytical and presentational skills.

    • Passion to succeed and make a difference.

    • Ability to be constructively challenging

    • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
