Our client is a fast-growing chain of smart theatres in India. The company has a long history in the film industry and strives to offer audiences the best cinematic experience at affordable prices.


The Job

You will be responsible for :


  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Building a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Providing sales forecasts, driving monthly /quarterly sales objectives as well as commercial budgets and targets
  • Implementing performance management actions
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
  • Generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and conducting territory analysis for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing & contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

The Profile


  • You have at least 3 years of experience within a Business Development or Sales Operations/ Support role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Experience within National Sales and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
