Our client is a fast-growing chain of smart theatres in India. The company has a long history in the film industry and strives to offer audiences the best cinematic experience at affordable prices.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
- Building a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
- Providing sales forecasts, driving monthly /quarterly sales objectives as well as commercial budgets and targets
- Implementing performance management actions
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
- Generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and conducting territory analysis for sales maximum effectiveness.
- Providing pricing & contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitoring key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic decision-making
- Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
The Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience within a Business Development or Sales Operations/ Support role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
- Experience within National Sales and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
