The Consultant is a Start Up Company headed by Puneet Sachdeva a Marketing Veteran with a little experience of 25 Years. We are a team of Young Professionals who belive in the core Ideology of the company i.e. 0 to Infinity.

Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located in Bathinda. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to scale revenue and market share. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships. They will also conduct market research and analysis to develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales productivity tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies, including pipeline management, lead generation, and deal closing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
