Implement or Rollout the Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, iProcurement, iSupplier, Taxations, Contract Module, Move Orders, Fleet Management, Order Management, Work Request and Orders, Preventive Maintenance
Training super users and User guides
Manage development related to customization and enhancements and Approval workflows
Documentation for Functional and Test Cases

Implement SCM and EAM
Manage development related to customization and enhancements
Resolve Incidents/Change Requests/tickets relates to Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, iProcurement, iSupplier, Taxations, Contract Module, Move Orders, Fleet Management, Order Management, Work Request and Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Workflow
New Enhancement to Existing functionality
Conduct meetings to understand business needs and gather requirementsand complete MD50 and BR100
Assist customers to determine their business needs, document the business processes “As Is document”, then Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions to be align with standardization
Conduct UAT Sessions for users
Provide CRP sessions for super users
Create training materials and Test Cases
Manage the customization development with external team
100% Tickets of resolutions within SLA
100% Stakeholder requirements taken and documented
100% ensures that business users understand provided session
100% fulfilment of customizations to required functionality
