Qualification: B.E (Electrical)

Job Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

About company: Client of CIEL HR, A leading Auto Component Manufacturing Company.

Job requirement: PURPOSE

Responsible for Maintenance of the Plant Equipment

Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Handle the PLC base system and System Automation like Vision system, Robots etc.
  • Programme backups to avoid the data loss
  • Recipe Creation
  • Maintenance of Electrical switch gear, motors, VFD etc.
  • Maintain the KPI of Department Like MTBF,MTTR, Cost of Maint etc.
  • Implementation of Maintenance Program
  • Quality system documentation
  • Operation excellence Kaizen, Pokayoke etc.
Experience & Personal Skills
  • Thorough knowledge of PLC & System Automation- Exposure to SIEMENS would be benificial
  • Exposure to KUKA robots
  • Understanding of Ladder Diagram and structure text
  • Basic knowledge of C # language
  • Knowledge of Laser welding and it’s trouble shooting
  • Knowhow of EHS ( Lock out Tag out, work permits etc. )
  • Team player with strong people management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Quality System Management
  • Current Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Good analytical skill
