Identify and prospect potential customers on both the retailer-onboarding and farmer-loan

booking front
  • Driving end consumer sales of financial products, both retailers and farmers
  • Sourcing & persuading end consumers to avail financial products from Jai Kisan
  • Conduct regular meetings with the end consumers to describe product benefits
  • Building relationships with the retailers & farmers
  • Achieving the assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets for loan booking and exceeding expectation
would be strongly incentivized
  • Escalating ground issues real time to management for immediate resolution
  • Closely working with supervisors to achieve territory
